Sooo... As you can see, I wasn't lying about wanting to dive right back in to healthy eating and increasing my fitness!

I love Gina from Skinnytaste because she calculates all of the nutritional information for her recipes (in addition to Weight Watchers PointsPlus values) and they're all super-delicious, plus the MyFitnessPal app helps me keep track of everything I put into my mouth. I also use the FitBit Ultra and Nike+ Fuel Band fitness trackers to show me where I'm at with my daily goals for calorie burn and steps taken. And, because I know that it takes 21 days to create a habit, I'm hoping that- with one week down and two weeks to go- I'm well on my way to getting back into my old fitness routine.

Do you have any tips or tricks for how you get back on track after you've fallen off the wagon? If so, I'd love to hear them in the comments below!
